These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Pakistan.

12. Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and there may be instances where you wish to cancel or discontinue our services. To ensure transparency and client satisfaction, we have developed a clear refund policy.

  1. Refund Eligibility: If you decide to discontinue our services during the course of a billing cycle, we offer partial refunds based on the remaining duration of your service contract. The refund will be calculated based on the number of unused days in the month. You must agree to the terms of usage of the service, in case of violation of service you will not be eligible to apply for Refund, specifically for dialers if sales/ marketing or other than dispatch services messages delivered or sent by any user.

  2. Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of cancellation. Provide relevant details such as your account information, the service you are discontinuing, and the reason for cancellation.

  3. Non-refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as those related to setup, training, or third-party service charges, may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly communicated to you when you sign up for any service.

  4. Refund Processing: If replacement is not available than 60% of remaining days payment will be refunded. Refund transaction will be processed in a week.

  5. Contractual Obligations: If you have entered into a contract with KB Dispatch Tools Services for a long-term service plan, the terms of the contract will govern any refund eligibility. Refunds will be provided based on the agreed-upon conditions.

  6. Partial Service Use: In some cases, if you have already used part of the service (such as training or loadboard), the refund may be prorated to account for the value of services rendered.

  7. Replacement Duration: In case of blockage of Load Boards, Dialers, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP )replacement service will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours
  8. Payment Gateways Zelle, Cash APP, ACH Transfer, Stipe, Paypal we need your Invoice with Carrier Company Details with your CNIC Picture for verification “ONLY DISPATCH PAYMENT ALLOWED“.
